วัตถุประสงค์ของการ Vote กิจกรรม GMMTV POCKY IDOL

การ Vote ในกิจกรรม GMMTV POCKY IDOL ในครั้งนี้ จัดขึ้นเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้แฟน ๆ ได้ร่วมสนับสนุนผู้เข้าแข่งขันที่ตนชื่นชอบ โดยผู้ที่ได้รับคะแนนโหวตสูงสุดจากการรวมคะแนนตลอดช่วงเวลาการ Vote จะได้รับรางวัล POPULAR VOTE พร้อมเงินรางวัลมูลค่า 20,000 บาท
หมายเหตุ : คะแนนโหวตจากกิจกรรมนี้จะไม่มีผลต่อการตัดสินผลแพ้ – ชนะในการแข่งขัน และใช้เพียงเพื่อการมอบรางวัล Popular Vote เท่านั้น

กติกา

ผู้ที่ประสงค์จะทำการ Vote เพื่อลงคะแนนให้กับผู้เข้าแข่งขัน สามารถทำการ Vote ได้ 2 รูปแบบ คือ

แบบที่ 1: แบบธรรมดา

• เข้าไปที่เว็บไซต์ www.gmmtvpockyidol.com
• ทำการลงทะเบียนบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน โดยกรอกข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ให้ครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด
• เมื่อลงทะเบียนสำเร็จ ให้ทำการ Log in เข้าบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน
• ทำการ Vote ตามวิธีการที่กำหนด โดยผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมจะมีสิทธิ์ Vote เพื่อลงคะแนนให้กับผู้เข้าแข่งท่านที่ชื่นชอบได้วันละ 1 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 1 คะแนน ต่อหนึ่งบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน
• เมื่อผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม Vote เพื่อลงคะแนนในข้างต้นแล้ว สามารถทำการ Vote แบบที่ 2 เพิ่มเติมได้อีก

แบบที่ 2: ใช้คะแนน Pocky Point

• ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ป๊อกกี้ ที่มีสัญลักษณ์แคมเปญ GMMTV Pocky Idol บนหน้ากล่อง
• ทำการสแกน QR Code ที่ปรากฏบนหน้ากล่อง หรือ เข้าไปที่เว็บไซต์ www.gmmtvpockyidol.com
• ทำการลงทะเบียนบัญชีผู้ใช้งานตามวิธีการที่กำหนด (ในกรณีที่ท่านยังไม่มีบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน) หากท่านมีบัญชีผู้ใช้งานแล้ว สามารถ Log in เข้าบัญชีผู้ใช้งานเดิมได้เลยโดยไม่ต้องลงทะเบียนใหม่
• นำโค้ด 10 หลักที่อยู่ด้านในกล่องผลิตภัณฑ์ ไปกรอกในช่องที่กำหนด ระบบจะดำเนินการสะสมคะแนน Pocky Point เข้าสู่บัญชีผู้ใช้งานโดนอัตโนมัติ เพื่อใช้สำหรับทำการ Vote โดยมีรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้
  • 4.1 ผลิตภัณฑ์ป๊อกกี้ขนาด 12 บาท ได้รับคะแนน Pocky Point สะสม จำนวน 2 คะแนน
  • 4.2 ผลิตภัณฑ์ป๊อกกี้ขนาด 23 บาท ได้รับคะแนน Pocky Point สะสม จำนวน 4 คะแนน
• ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมจะมีสิทธิ์ Vote ได้เท่ากับจำนวนคะแนน Pocky Point สะสมที่มีอยู่ โดยสามารถเลือกใช้คะแนน Pocky Point เพื่อทำการ Vote เป็นจำนวนกี่คะแนนก็ได้ โดยไม่มีจำกัดจำนวนครั้งการ Vote ในแต่ละวัน
• พิเศษสำหรับผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมที่สะสมคะแนน Pocky Point สามารถใช้คะแนนสะสม จำนวน 50 คะแนน เพื่อแลกสิทธิ์รับบัตรเข้าร่วมงาน “GMMTV POCKY IDOL FINAL STAGE” ได้ จำนวน 1 ใบ โดยสามารถใช้คะแนนแลกได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 29 ตุลาคม 2568 เป็นต้นไป จนกว่าสิทธิ์รับบัตรจะหมด
  

  หมายเหตุ:ผู้ที่จะแลกสิทธิ์รับบัตรจะต้องมีอายุตั้งแต่ 13 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไปเท่านั้น หากตรวจพบว่าผู้ที่แลกสิทธิ์ มีอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปีบริบูรณ์ ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะตัดรายชื่อออกจากผู้มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงาน และให้ถือว่าผลการพิจารณาดำเนินการดังกล่าวถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

ระยะเวลาเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมสามารถสะสมคะแนน Pocky Point และ Vote ได้ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2568 เวลา 00.00 น. ถึง วันที่ 7 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เวลา 23.59น.

เงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

• ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมต้องรับทราบและยินยอมปฏิบัติตามกติกา เงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมฉบับนี้โดยไม่มีข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ รวมถึงข้อกำหนดในการใช้งานของทางเว็บไซต์ www.gmmtvpockyidol.com และ สงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาและให้บัตรเข้าร่วมงาน GMMTV POCKY IDOL FINAL STAGE แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่ทำถูกต้องตามกติกาทั้งหมด
• ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมที่สามารถแลกคะแนน Pocky Point เพื่อรับสิทธิ์ได้สำเร็จ มีสิทธิ์ได้รับบัตรเพียง 1 ใบต่อ 1 บัญชีผู้ใช้งานเท่านั้น ตลอดระยะเวลาของกิจกรรม และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์รับบัตร หรือสิทธิ์ในการเข้าร่วมงานให้กับผู้อื่นได้ หรือไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมงานเป็นเงินสดหรือของรางวัลอื่นใดได้
• คะแนน Pocky Point ที่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้สะสมเอาไว้ในระบบผู้ใช้งาน จะถูกหักออกจากระบบผู้ใช้งานของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมทันที เมื่อใช้คะแนนดังกล่าว Vote ให้ผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขัน หรือที่ใช้แลกสิทธิ์รับบัตรสำเร็จ และไม่สามารถขอยกเลิกการดำเนินการที่สำเร็จแล้วดังกล่าว หรือขอคืนคะแนน Pocky Point ได้ในทุกกรณี
• บัตรเข้าร่วมงานมีจำนวนจำกัด บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดสรรบัตรเข้าร่วมงานให้ ตามลำดับผู้ที่สามารถแลกคะแนนรับสิทธิ์ได้ก่อน
• ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 13 ปี แต่ต่ำกว่า 20 ปี ถือว่าท่านยืนยันว่าได้รับอนุญาตจากบิดามารดา/ผู้ปกครองตามกฎหมายให้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ และยอมรับข้อกำหนด เงื่อนไข และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมดังกล่าวทั้งหมด ผู้จัดกิจกรรมสงวนสิทธิ์ในการขอให้ทางผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่อายุตั้งแต่ 13 ปี แต่ต่ำกว่า 20 ปี แสดงหนังสือยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองตามกฎหมายในการรับบัตรและเข้าร่วมงาน
• ผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์รับบัตรเข้าร่วมงานที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 13 ปี แต่ต่ำกว่า 20 ปี จะต้องมาพร้อมกับบิดามารดา/ผู้ปกครองตามกฎหมาย เพื่อรับบัตรในนามของผู้เยาว์ โดยบิดามารดา/ผู้ปกครองจะต้องแสดงสำเนาบัตรประชาชน ที่ได้ลงนามรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง โดยขีดฆ่าข้อมูลศาสนาและหมู่เลือด (ถ้ามี) พร้อมระบุ “ใช้เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนประกอบการรับบัตรเข้าร่วมงานแทนผู้เยาว์”
• หากผู้ได้รับสิทธิ์ ไม่มาแสดงตัวเพื่อรับบัตรในวันงาน ภายในเวลาที่กำหนด หรือไม่สามารถแสดงหลักฐานยืนยันตัวตน และหลักฐานเอกสารอื่น ๆ ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดได้อย่างครบถ้วน ถือว่าผู้ได้รับสิทธิ์ดังกล่าว สละสิทธิ์ในการรับบัตรทันที และจะไม่มีการทดแทนสิทธิ์ดังกล่าวด้วยของรางวัลอื่น หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นเงินสดได้แต่อย่างใด
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ในกรณีที่บริษัทฯ ตรวจสอบแล้วพบว่า ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่ปฏิบัติตามกติกาและเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรมนี้อย่างครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
• หากพบการกระทำที่เข้าข่ายละเมิด ทุจริต หรือ ปฏิบัติผิดต่อกติกาที่วางไว้ไม่ว่าข้อหนึ่งข้อใดเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งข้อมูลหรือสิทธิ์ในการได้รับบัตรเข้าร่วมงาน หรือมีเจตนาอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง อันมีผลเสียหายต่อทางบริษัทฯ ทางบริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาตัดสิทธิ์โดยทันที หรือ เปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าและไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ในการเรียกค่าเสียหายอื่นใดที่เกิดขึ้นกับบริษัทฯ
• พนักงานบริษัท ไทยกูลิโกะ จำกัด และบริษัทฯ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ดำเนินการ ผู้ผลิตโฆษณาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดงาน ไม่มีสิทธิ์ร่วมกิจกรรมนี้
• บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบใด ๆ ต่อการสูญเสีย บาดเจ็บ หรือความรับผิดใด ๆ ที่ เกิดขึ้นจากการร่วมงาน หรือเกิดขึ้นจากบุคคลใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดงาน รวมถึง ไม่รับผิดชอบในความขัดข้อง หรือ การหยุดชะงักของระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ ระบบเว็บไซต์ ระบบโทรศัพท์มือถือ ระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต หรือระบบ Social Network แต่อย่างใด
• ภายใต้กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ บริษัทฯ อาจเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยภาพถ่าย ภาพเคลื่อนไหว เสียง ชื่อและนามสกุลหรือข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม ไม่ว่าจะสามารถระบุตัวผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมได้โดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อมก็ตาม ("ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล") จากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ เพื่อดำเนินกิจกรรมให้แล้วเสร็จ เพื่อประกอบสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ของบริษัทฯ ไม่ว่าในรูปแบบใด โดยไม่จำกัดระยะเวลาการลงสื่อ และโดยบริษัทฯ ไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ เพิ่มเติม ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ จะเก็บรวมรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไว้จนกว่าการดำเนินการตามวัตถุประสงค์ของกิจกรรมนี้จะสิ้นสุดลง โดยผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมสามารถเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา แก้ไข ขอให้ส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลด้วยวิธีการอัตโนมัติ คัดค้าน ลบหรือทำลาย ระงับการใช้ ขอให้ดำเนินการให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน สมบูรณ์ และไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิด โดยผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม สามารถติดต่อบริษัทฯ ได้ตามรายละเอียดที่ปรากฎบนเอกสารนี้
• ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการดำเนินคดี หากพิสูจน์ได้ว่าผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมได้กระทำการทุจริตไม่ว่าจะเป็นรูปแบบใด ซึ่งส่งผลเสียต่อผู้เสียหายและชื่อเสียงของบริษัทฯ .
• ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทาง หรือค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเข้าร่วมงาน (หากมี) ผู้ได้รับสิทธิ์จะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องดังกล่าวด้วยตนเอง
• บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดใด ๆ ต่อการสูญเสีย หรือเสียหายอันเกิดมาจากเหตุธรรมชาติ การกระทำของภาครัฐ หรือเหตุ สุดวิสัยอื่นใดก็ตาม โดยบริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดในการชดใช้ค่าทดแทนใด ๆ หรือค่าอื่นใดสำหรับการสูญเสียหรือเสียหายดังกล่าว
• การตัดสินและการใช้ดุลพินิจของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นเด็ดขาดและสิ้นสุดในทุกกรณี ไม่สามารถฟ้องร้องดำเนินคดี หรือเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใด ๆ กับทางบริษัทฯ ได้
• บริษัทฯ เป็นเพียงผู้จัดกิจกรรมเพื่อให้ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมได้ร่วมสนุกเท่านั้น บริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบในคุณภาพหรือการให้บริการ ไม่ว่าประการใด หากมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพดังกล่าว ผู้โชคดีต้องติดต่อบริษัทผู้ให้บริการโดยตรงด้วยตนเอง
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรมและการรับสิทธิ์รับบัตร โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และการตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
• การสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ จะต้องเป็นคำสั่งซื้อที่สมบูรณ์ ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า กล่าวคือมีการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยและสินค้าได้ถูกจัดส่งถึงลูกค้า คำสั่งซื้อที่ทำการยกเลิกภายหลังถือเป็นโมฆะ
• ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมไม่จำเป็นต้องถือสัญชาติไทย แต่สำหรับการสั่งซื้อผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ จำเป็นต้องมีที่อยู่สำหรับการจัดส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น และต้องมีเบอร์โทรศัพท์ภายในประเทศไทยที่สามารถติดต่อได้
• ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสามารถติดต่อสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ Facebook, IG, X, TikTok: GMMTV และ Facebook: Pocky TH ตลอดระยะเวลากิจกรรม

Rules of Participation
GMMTV POCKY IDOL VOTE

Objectives of Vote for GMMTV POCKY IDOL

The voting for GMMTV POCKY IDOL is intended to provide fans with the opportunity to support their favorite contestants. The contestant with the highest number of votes throughout the voting period will be granted the POPULAR VOTE AWARD and a cash prize of 20,000 baht.
Note: Votes submitted through this activity will not affect the contest’s final results and will be counted solely toward the Popular Vote Award.

Rules:

The voting process is available in two methods, as follows:

Method 1 : Standard Voting

• Visit the website www.gmmtvpockyidol.com
• Register for a user account by completing all required information.
• Once registration is successful, log in to your account.
• Vote according to the instructions provided. Each user may cast one (1) vote per day, equal to one (1) point, per registered account.
• After casting a standard vote, users may also proceed to vote through Method 2.

Method 2 : Voting with Pocky Points

• Purchase a Pocky product that features the GMMTV Pocky Idol campaign symbol on the package.
• Scan the QR code shown on the package, or visit www.gmmtvpockyidol.com
• Register for a user account as instructed (if you do not already have one). If you already have an account, simply log in without registering for a new one.
• Enter the 10-digit code found inside the product package into the specified field. The system will automatically add Pocky Points to your account for voting purposes, as follows:
  • Pocky product priced at 12 THB = 2 Pocky Points
  • Pocky product priced at 23 THB = 4 Pocky Points
• Users may cast votes according to the number of Pocky Points accumulated. You may use any number of Pocky Points for voting, with no daily limit on the number of times you vote.
• Special: Users who collect Pocky Points may redeem 50 points for one (1) ticket to attend the “GMMTV POCKY IDOL FINAL STAGE” event. Redemption is available starting from October 29, 2025, until tickets are fully redeemed.
  

  Note:Ticket redemption is limited to individuals aged 13 years and above. If a ticket is redeemed by an individual under 13, the company reserves the right to cancel the redemption and withdraw eligibility to attend. The company’s decision is final.

Participation Period

Pocky Points may be accumulated and votes may be cast from October 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. until November 7, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Terms and Conditions of Participation

• By joining this activity, individuals acknowledge and agree to comply fully with these rules, terms, and conditions without objection. This includes acceptance of the Terms of Use of the website www.gmmtvpockyidol.com. The company reserves the right to review and grant entry tickets to the GMMTV POCKY IDOL FINAL STAGE only to those who have complied with all rules in their entirety.
• Individuals who successfully redeem Pocky Points for eligibility shall be entitled to receive one (1) ticket per user account for the entire duration of the activity. Eligibility to receive a ticket and attend the event is strictly limited to the registered account holder, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted with any other benefit or reward.
• Pocky Points accumulated in a user account will be deducted immediately once they are used either to vote for a contestant or to successfully redeem eligibility for an entry ticket. Such transactions are final and Pocky Points cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances.
• The number of entry tickets is limited. The company reserves the right to allocate tickets on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the order in which Pocky Points are successfully redeemed.
• Individuals aged 13 or older but under 20 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to take part in this activity, and by joining they are considered to have accepted all applicable terms, conditions, and privacy policies related to the activity. The organizer may request a signed parental or legal guardian consent form from individuals in this age group as a requirement to receive tickets and attend the event.
• Individuals who are eligible to receive an entry ticket and are aged 13 or older but under 20 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to collect the ticket on behalf of the minor. The parent or legal guardian must present a photocopy of their ID card, signed and certified as a true copy, with any information regarding religion and blood type (if applicable) crossed out, together with the statement: “For identity verification in collecting the event entry ticket on behalf of the minor.”
• If an eligible individual does not appear to collect the ticket on the event day within the specified time, or is unable to present valid identification and all required documents as set out in these conditions, the eligibility to receive the ticket will be forfeited immediately. The forfeited entitlement will not be replaced with any other reward and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The company reserves the right to suspend or revoke eligibility to participate in the activity if it is determined that an individual has not fully complied with these rules and conditions.
• If any act is found to constitute a violation, fraud, or breach of any of the rules established for the purpose of obtaining information or eligibility to receive an entry ticket, or if any conduct is carried out with intent that causes damage to the company, the company reserves the right to immediately disqualify the individual or to amend the conditions without prior notice. This shall not affect the company’s right to claim any additional damages incurred.
• Employees of Thai Glico Co., Ltd., as well as any affiliated companies, event organizers, or advertising agencies involved in the organization of this activity, are not eligible to participate in this activity.
• The company accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or liability from participation in the event or caused by any person involved in the organization of the event. The company shall also not be held responsible for any malfunction or interruption of computer systems, websites, mobile networks, internet services, or social networking platforms.
• Subject to applicable law, the company may collect, use, or disclose photographs, video or audio recordings, names, surnames, or other information of individuals participating in the activity, whether such information can directly or indirectly identify the individual (“Personal Data”), arising from participation in this activity. Such Personal Data may be used for the completion of the activity and for the company’s promotional or publicity materials, in any form, for an unlimited period of time, without incurring any additional cost or liability to the company. The company will retain, use, and disclose Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of this activity. Individuals have the right to access, request a copy of, correct, transfer, object to, delete, destroy, or restrict the use of their Personal Data, as well as to request that such Personal Data be accurate, up to date, complete, and not misleading. Requests regarding Personal Data may be submitted to the company using the contact details provided in this document.
• The company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings if it is proven that any individual has engaged in fraudulent conduct, in any form, that causes damage to others or harms the reputation of the company.
• Travel expenses or any other costs related to attending the event (if any) shall be the sole responsibility of the eligible individual.
• The company accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from natural disasters, actions of government authorities, or any other force majeure event. The company shall not be responsible for providing any compensation or reimbursement for such loss or damage.
• All decisions and discretion exercised by the company shall be final and conclusive in every respect. No legal action or claim for damages may be brought against the company in relation to such decisions.
• The company acts solely as the organizer of this activity for entertainment purposes. The company accepts no responsibility for the quality or provision of any goods or services. In the event of any issues concerning such quality, the participants must contact the relevant service provider directly.
• The company reserves the right to amend the details, conditions of the activity, and ticket redemption without prior notice. All decisions of the company are final.
• Purchases made through online channels must be completed orders, with no changes or returns permitted. This means payment must be fully settled and the products delivered to the customer. Any orders subsequently cancelled shall be deemed void.
• Individuals are not required to hold Thai nationality in order to participate. However, for online purchases, a delivery address within Thailand and a valid domestic contact telephone number are required
